The KM Social dashboard was initially created to manage our own social media accounts for Kent’s leading independent commercial media business, KM Media Group.
KM Media Group has been working with businesses for more than 150 years and have boosted their profile and their takings through our 18 newspapers, eight kmfm radio stations and our KentOnline network, the UK’s fastest growing digital regional news network (Source: ABC Jan-Jun 15).
It turned out to be more useful than we had imagined and we started rolling it out to our customers to use.
Everyone who used it absolutely loved it, but we started getting more and more requests for help creating and scheduling content.
So we hired more members onto our own content creation team and started a social media content writing service which we combined with our dashboard.
We want it to become a tool that you can use to manage your own social media content for your business or personal use, with or without our assistance.
